If you treat the receptionists and others with respect , they treat you with respect .
I was happy with my visit with nurse Jane. Probably neither of us got a complete satisfactory visit because I had not been to the surgery for a long while and I forgot most of what I needed to say. Totally my fault. I was nervous and even brought something that should have been in the recycling not an inhaler I use! No complaints from me Jane was as helpful as was possible.
I would like to make an appointment with the Gp i used to know the best prior to the pandemic but have yet to achieve that. I’m wondering if it would help everyone to have a different system for appointments for the future a week ahead or whatever rather than the 8 am queue for that day and a week ahead all at the same time? Just a thought to try and help you and patients. Nothing has returned to prior Covid it’s not the surgery so I’m very grateful for the help I do receive. Thank you all.
Because there is only about a 10 minute window to obtain an appointment, so I have to set my alarm to wake up to make the call.
I have been so impressed with the care I have received never have I had so many check ups and reviews of my health even though it’s such a difficult time for surgeries . I have been a patient of the practice for 52 years I have just talked to the best doctor ever at the surgery and am really thankful
All went well with organising an appointment, staff were punctual and pleasant. Whole procedure was quick and professional.
