Impossible
Having joined the surgery 3 yrs ago there has been little improvement in accessing appointments in spite of changes to telephone and computer systems. GP availability is still patchy.
After waiting until 10.10am for the 9.30am phone call, my wife rang the surgery for me (I was at work and wanted to keep my mobile line clear) to he told "He should've removed the call, after asking what was going on. I then reviewed 2 texts from Dr Foster further proving that he never paid attention to what I said during my in person appt. a few weeks earlier, basically wanting me to vastly increase my daily intake of codeine THEN slowly cutting down. I have since received another text for another phone appt. I might bother excusing myself at work again and waiting in an empty room for the calk.
On my visit to the nurse yesterday with the ulcer on my leg she said I need to see Dr in next 5days at reception she said none available ring today rang today still none available as nurse referle I should automatically been given one surely
Very happy with all the staff that were involved with my appointment. Faultless .
