Thank you for your great people. My recent immunisation was handled well!
The process of making an appointment could be easier. I need to see a Doctor to review Meds . No real urgency, sometime in the next three weeks or so would be helpful.

Dreadful process to book appointments, starts at 8am, either by phone or in person, all appointments gone by 8.05.
Very poor system.

Be able to prebook appointments longer than 1 week.

I submitted an e consult which was easy and spoke to Dr Saunders, who was very kind professional and informative, she assisted with booking a blood test. The nurse was who carried out the blood test was very professional, helpful and kind. Thank you
