Ifeel that with th reception staff are quiet abbrazivd in the way they speak to you one in particular

Have a bit of sympathy with patients as some suffer mental issues and don't need a lecture

I work full time and it would be so helpful if I could get an appointment in advance online , but it always just says no slots available , but if I go to the surgery I can get an advance appointment, it may just be a glitch

Only that if I can make an advance appointment online, that would be really helpful

Appointment booked online - easy to do but over 2 week wait to get blood test.

Make it easier to get appointments.

Receptionist I spoke to when I booked the appointment was very pleasant and polite. I also spoke to a very friendly and helpful pharmacy person. Surgery looked modern clean and spacious.

The nurse/practitioner that saw me was great friendly and helpful. I saw her about my foot becoming painful. There is one very small comment I would make and that is she didn't say what it could be.. I have found out that it coukd be planter fasicitis.

Would like it to be easier to have face to face appointments. The only reason I got this appointment was because I paid for a health check at chemist which flagged up a potential issue
