Great surgery. Really great team from Reception through to Melanie who did the procedure.

Your text message doesn’t give any info on the location (postcode) so it was a bit nerve-racking to find the building as I’m not from Billingshurst and wasn’t sure if I was in the correct place.

Struggled to get an appointment.Unable to start my hrt until a new coil fitted.Given number by reception for Crawley hospital to fit coil but they couldn’t help as only fit coils for contraception .Reception did their best and then found an appointment for me.Very stressful and almost gave up.

I guess that if there aren’t the appointments to offer patients then you can’t improve the situation.The Second Lady that I spoke to after ringing the hospital was kind helpful and had empathy for me,which made a huge difference.I’m now concerned as to whether I can get a review and a repeat prescription for my hrt in the next 3 months.

Pre made appointment but there are never any appointments unless you call at 8:30, and having a newborn and no sleep it's not always possible to call then.

There was no weighing scales available for my daughter to be weighed, she's 6 weeks old and had trouble gaining weight at the start, so I wasn't impressed that she couldn't be weighed, she wasn't measured and I didn't feel like the gp had time for me or my questions as a new parent.
