Dr Hazelwood was great.It is like winning the lotto getting an appointment.

Receptionists not very friendly. More appointments should be made available daily. It is not acceptable for such a rich country to have such badly accessible healthcare.

I have become a regular visitor to the nurses who have all been professional, kind and helpful. I cannot fault the treatment I have received from all the staff.

The staircase could be better lit but that is a minor matter.

Appointments are very hard to get over the phone, almost impossible but I was at the surgery with my neice so asked at the desk and got one within 1 hour.

A little more privacy at reception. You have to speak loudly to be heard through the glass

A face to face appointment with a doctor is the hardest thing to get. If a telephone appointment, have found no trouble. Once at the Surgery to see doctor always get excellent advice and everyone very helpful

Cannot understand why one rings at 8am to be told you are over 30 in the queue and all appointments gone. Receptionists etc are normally extremely helpful, with a very difficult job

The nurse was so kind and reassuring during the routine smear test Everyone would have a test if she was their nurse as whilst it’s not a particularly pleasant experience she was gentle and talked me through the process Thank you
