The muscular skeleton expert was exceptionally good. She was outstanding at her job and very patient with me by explaining what she was doing and the reasons why. She clearly cared. The out come was positive and satisfactory and I left feeling much better.

The music in the waiting room upstairs was too loud, repetitive and after a while annoying

I find the reception staff friendly and efficient. Given an adequate explanation I’ve never not been able to get an appointment.

I think your current telephone system works well with call back. Good innovation.

Once you are in the system it’s excellent, but to get seen/advice in the first place is difficult.

More available appointments? But I know this is not something that is the fault of the surgery!

Every time I come, the receptionist try to make you use the login machines. I wish to speak to a human being and not use machines, and I feel I shouldn’t be made to feel bad that I don’t wish to use for whatever reason I have
