It was a 2 week wait for an appointment.

Overall it was very good apart from the length of time it took between doing the e-consult (have to wait a long time on the phone) and getting an appointment.

I knew I wouldn’t get one phoning even with the severity of my issue so I went online.

The doctor believe what I’m saying.

Phone contact - Representatives - this is a mixed bag. The majority of representatives have been friendly, caring, listened and were helpful. A small percentage have been rude and unhelpful. One doctor I saw, was rude, hostile, argumentative, had no empathy for my condition and was very unfriendly unhelpful and didn’t listen to what I was saying.She was unprofessional. The doctor is: Dr Emily MacDonald. At the time, I was very angry about the treatment I received from her. I was going to write an email to the surgery about my experience. However, I just thought it would be futile and left it. Hopefully this complaint will be acted upon. Over the years, I have found every Doctor that I have seen to be caring, empathetic, good listeners and professional. I have particularly found Dr Richard Foster, Dr Ruth Hambleton and Dr Brian, (Not sure how to spell his surname,) to be great.

Amazing surgery. Clean and bright and very helpful staff. Sadly often a rarity these days

Dr Zoe Hazelwood is a breath of fresh air. The most amazing Dr, I have ever had the pleasure of seeing and who is an asset to the surgery. Nothing is too much trouble, she genuinely listens and gets to know you, and your appt is never rushed. Since my partner and I have moved to the village, things that would never have been addressed at our last surgery, have now been sorted and we are on the road to a resolution. We feel truly blessed and it is down to both the surgery and Dr Hazelwood.
