I wrote a letter about my symptoms and the surgery then contacted me with an appointment set for 4 weeks later. Dr Saunders was amazing, she explained all the options and gave me plenty of time to ask questions so together we agreed on a path forward. Genuinely outstanding care, I could not have asked for better.

Anne was amazing, she listened to my previous bad experiences with my smear tests and put my mind at ease. She was knowledgeable, approachable, kind, caring and amazing in the way she treated me. She allowed me to be in control and explained the procedure really well. Thank you Anne!
It is very hard to get an appointment, even a telephone appointment. The system is too impersonal and based on box-ticking. A specialist oncologist (in writing) and a practice nurse have both advised me to ask for a GP appointment, but when I call I am told to go to the pharmacy. I am not being heard.
