I was able to book this appointment straight in.
Whilst in the surgery a very helpful receptionist gave me some advice and recommended I use consult for my sim.

Dr was so helpful, kind and friendly. Listening and including my daughter. A really productive visit.
I appreciate his time and help.

The receptionist was frosty. Would be nice to get a smile and not feel like your keeping them from something else.

I attended for an asthma review. The nurse was polite, friendly, professional and gave excellent advice so I was entirely happy with my experience.

1 - 2 weeks wait for annual appointments for diabetes and asthma reviews. No problem. Prior to Covid had invite reminders. However, remembered to instigate review appointments.

Apologies given for short delay in appointment- no problem.
Charlotte Elliott, diabetes review Nurse, made a return call, on same day, as promised and sent blood test results quickly. Many thanks!
