Generally speaking it is a fight to get an appointment on the day to see a GP. This particular occasion was a pre-planned appointment and even this was rescheduled once, so I had to phone back a few times to avoid long waits on the phone, and had to wait several weeks to be seen.

The appointment itself was great, Dr Saunders is lovely, so thorough and reassuring.

I was attended to promptly by nurse Melanie who could not have been more helpful.

All my contact with the surgery has been positive. The receptionist followed up after my appointment when I requested a further test and an emailed copy of my ECG. This arrived promptly when promised. The nurse was efficient and friendly, the doctor listened to me and I felt I had a really personalised and helpful conversation about my symptoms. I did not feel rushed, I did feel he cared and understood. Thank you to all the team.
