It's not always clear when calling why done days appointments are available but others they aren't.

Hello, when the surgery opens in the morning we have 2 types of Doctor appointments that can be booked, these are same day appointments and 5 day ahead appointments, once those appointments have been filled, we are then full for that day. I have always found it fairly easy to get an appointment, although it does mean holdig on the phone for 10 minutes or more. Always easy to get an appointment in person.
