The Dr who called had absolutely no idea about the pill I was on and admitted it. If I needed further information, she said to get another appointment. Don't ask why a patient is calling if you are not going to get them a Dr who knows the answers. Waste of time. Waste of an appointment. Does not help with any worries or concerns

I called to change my address and discuss the handover to the new surgery. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and accommodating. A blood test was arranged for the same day. The nurse who took my blood was lovely, friendly and helpful. It’s a shame to have to move surgeries as I’ve found Billingshurst Surgery very helpful every time I’ve had any issues. Thank you

always busy when you do get through no appointments

I had. to go to Billingshurst 3 times yesterday because appointment were changed then had to go back to pick prescription up as was not done aslo I was told I had cellulitis on leg and it was the I never new I had it so I was a bit shocked

I rang on the morning and by 8.08, spoke with a receptionist who offered me an early appointment whilst also checking that I was able to get to the surgery by that time. The appointment was on time. Dr Middleton was extremely personable and understood my issues. A convenient time slot became available for a nurse to take my bloods early in our conversation which he booked for me. This avoided my having to return to the practice. Details were uploaded to the NHS app very promptly. My visit was a very positive experience, many thanks.
