Appointment system cannot cope with demand, one needs to line up in the rain and queue or hold patiently on the phone for near 30 minutes, very unsatisfactory.
System does not always work
When ringing at 8.00 am and being told I am 35th in the queue I realised that all appointments would have been taken
It’s very difficult indeed . So fed up of trying - it has actually stopped me from going / getting appt so few appts . Tried phoning , tried asking receptionist
Hello, I am sorry you are finding it difficult to get an appointment, are you aware we now offer a econsult service? this can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section once you have complete the online form, it is processed by our econsult team, they will then either allocate an appointment with the most appropriate clinician (this can be face to face or telephone), signpost to a local service or give advice.
