There are rarely on-the-day appointments left to book on the app, so I usually fill in a doctors advice form, and then I am sent an appropriate appointment, or messaged or called. Telephoning for an on-the-day appointment is usually in vain. This appointment was easy to book in the cervical screening clinic.

The service provided seems to have improved considerably. I was able to get an appointment when needed urgently recently and this was very encouraging. Thank you for caring.

Have to be at the surgery at 7.30 to make sure of an appointment!!

I saw a practice nurse with what I was sure was an ear infection-but was suggested over the counter medication. On seeing the ear specialist nurse it was clear I did have an ear infection and needed antibiotics. I have been in pain with this for a 2 weeks sadly. Hopefully on the mend now. Thanks very much!
