We often phone at 8.00 am and most times we are 30 plus in the queue, then told all appointments gone and ring back tomorrow. One resecptionist is not vey pleasent.

Suggested improvements
Easier appointments but l understand it is due the the general issues in the country. PLEASE NOTE: DR Middleton is excellent both my wife and myself are very pleased with him when we see him.

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful.
