Once you see a doctor the service is excellent but it is difficult to get past the receptionist

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. All of our receptionists have been trained to ask questions regarding your request to allow you to be signposted to the most appropriate service. When requesting a Doctors appointment you are able to request a telephone or in person appointment. Many thanks, Billingshurst Surgery.
