There are obviously not enough doctors so it is literally impossible to get an appointment….changing the system to allow future appointments would be a much better solution.

Suggested improvements
When test results are sent through via email, an explanation of all the acronyms would be helpful….even with Google’s help I had no idea what all of them meant, and no indication of any treatment required for elements that were out of range limits.

Hello, I am sorry you are struggling to get an appointmnet, are you aware we now offer an econsult service? this is available through our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php, or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, once you have completed the econsult form, it is then processed by our econsult team who will either signpost to a local service, give advice or allocate an appointment with the most appropriate clinician for your condition.
