I tried to call with a problem re a repeat prescription being unavailable at the pharmacy. took 20 mins to get a response from reception, who didn't bother listening to my query just put me straight through to another department, 12 in queue! Its no wonder people are so disappointed with the service

More people responding to phone calls, obviously an ignored requirement
