Charlotte, the nurse was excellent. She was professional, friendly and helpful.

Only one person on reception. Need more. I stood and waited for service for about 15 minutes at least with an urgent message - nothing to do with myself. People wonder in and out of the reception and don’t appear to even see one. I felt like I was invisible. Even if someone said: “I will get someone to help you or even said: “Hello” Eventually the lady who helped was really helpful and friendly. She was a young lady with blonde hair.
