I had to hold a long time to get through but once I got through it was easy to make an appointment as I was booking for a routine thing with a nurse. Previous recent experience tells me it’s very hard to get a doc appointment when you are actually ill due to lack of capacity. However, when this recently happened to me, the receptionist was as helpful as she could be by telling me to try calling back at lunchtime. That did work on that occasion.

On this occasion, nothing. The appointment was on time, the nurse was lovely and put me completely at ease. She explained clearly what would happen with my sample and when I could expect to get the results. I couldn’t fault the care. Thank you.
