Normally, you have to phone at 8 am on the dot, but there's always a long call queue. How do so many callers get there before you when you've called absolutely ON THE DOT OF 8 am?? However, on this occasion, I was lucky as my appointment was made by Nurse Jane during an update call she made to me. Jane "always delivers" ... she's friendly, efficient and professional. A real asset to the Practice! Also, my appointment was for 11.05 am and that is exactly when I was called in.

Suggested improvements
On this occasion, nothing better could have been done. But, in general, have a better booking system, with more slots available. How is that achievable though? More staff? More doctors?
