I had missed my B12 and was given an appointment for it 2 days later. Receptionist very helpful

Generally cannot get appointments and as I am extremely critally vulnerable I think people like me and should have so priority as the people queuing up outside at 8.00 are fit and healthy and are getting all the appointments and when I phone up at 8.00 I get a call back about 20 mins or more and they are all gone and I have to book a car to get there so I need 2 days notice to get one.
