It’s difficult to get a face to face appointment even tho the telephone appointment was just as helpful if not more because it saved me a journey as my problem is not one that can be seen, just heard about (anxiety issues)

I haven’t received a sick note yet which I kind of needed on the day of the appointment.the doctor said it would be recieved by text or email but I have not got that yet and it’s been 2 days.
