Varley was excellent, and a real credit to the surgery. She was polite and helpful. She offered to talk with the nurses and ring me back, which she did within 10 minutes, and had a positive and reassuring proposal. She then sorted two appointments for both me and my wife, which were ahead of our expectations. Varley was a pleasure to talk to. One other member of the reception staff is confrontational and impolite. So it was very refreshing to speak with Varley.
