The appointment was vis a phone. The diabetic team nurse called me, and didn’t know why she was calling me ? So I said I’d had a blood test and it was to inform me of any change in medication needed. She seemed very unsure what she was talking about, a lot if noises not words? Then she said I’ll send you a email of what you can have, insulin or a tablet ? You can choose !! I don’t want to chose my medication, I want what is best for me !! I never received that information. I

Suggested improvements
She could have read up on my notes, and told me an informed opinion. Of what was best. I felt I was in a sweet shop, being asked what I’d like.
