With a time slot to book between 8 & 9 it is nigh on impossible.
When I came to collect pills the receptionists were first class

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us. It was excellent to hear your thoughts on our receptionists. I think there may have been a misunderstanding with the answerphone message here so to confirm we do allow appointment booking throughout the whole day, as long as appointments are available. We reserve the time between 8am and 9am for appointment booking only. This is to help the appointment calls be cleared each day before other matters are attended to. Our apologies for the confusion.
