The systems for making appointments and consultations keep changing and very little information is published about this. On the advice of the receptionist I have learned to use Econsult which can work quite well when you get used to it although you have to answer a number of irrelevant questions and it relies on the patient being able to use online systems. I discovered today that this service has now been reduced so that it only operates from 7-10am on weekdays. The care at this surgery is very good when you can get to it but navigating the mechanisms to do so is becoming more and more convoluted and will certainly elude some of those most in need.
