The receptionist was very rude to me.would not believe I had a Face to Face apt.she told me to go home and the nurse would ring me.she was not prepared to listen to me.on my way out I managed to bring up my txt. I then managed to speak to another receptionist and was told to sit down.

The receptionist needs to be advised how to speak to patients she was very rude. Patients are advised to speak to staff in a courteous manner.
