I couldn’t get through on the phone so used the online symptom reporting form which was rather longwinded but I received an appointment within a couple of hours which was impressive. I just don’t think it was easy to use and many people especially older individuals would not manage it.

Suggested improvements
I appreciate the surgery is inundated with appointment requests but perhaps a simplified online system of booking could be developed?
