I was told I could have an appointment for the contraception injection but it turned out I needed a family planning first noone booked this so it was a waste of an appointment for you and my time.
I was supposed to have someone contact me about sorting My appointments but nothing

Not have these types of appointments available without previous appointments or train your reception team bettrt
