It’s hard trying to get an appointment most times because I have to phone at 8am on the dot. If I don’t then I’m in a long queue and by the time I’m answered the appointments are gone for that day and I have to phone the next day. It’s the same when I need a specific gp. And with having mental health issues I like to see my own gp which isn’t always possible. There have been times that I have called 111 just to get an emergency appointment with my own practice for that same day which is a long process to do.

Suggested improvements
Something needs to be done better but I’m not sure what

Hello, Did you know we offer an econsult service? This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app. You are also able to request a specific clinician.
