Share review of Billingshurst Surgery
It’s hard trying to get an appointment most times because I have to phone at 8am on the dot. If I don’t then I’m in a long queue and by the time I’m answered the appointments are gone for that day and I have to phone the next day. It’s the same when I need a specific gp. And with having mental health issues I like to see my own gp which isn’t always possible. There have been times that I have called 111 just to get an emergency appointment with my own practice for that same day which is a long process to do.

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app. You are also able to request a specific clinician.
