Phone contact - Representatives - this is a mixed bag. The majority of representatives have been friendly, caring, listened and were helpful. A small percentage have been rude and unhelpful. One doctor I saw, was rude, hostile, argumentative, had no empathy for my condition and was very unfriendly unhelpful and didn’t listen to what I was saying. She was unprofessional. The doctor is: Dr Emily MacDonald. At the time, I was very angry about the treatment I received from her. I was going to write an email to the surgery about my experience. However, I just thought it would be futile and left it. Hopefully this complaint will be acted upon. Over the years, I have found every Doctor that I have seen to be caring, empathetic, good listeners and professional. I have particularly found Dr Richard Foster, Dr Ruth Hambleton and Dr Brian, (Not sure how to spell his surname,) to be great.
