I wait for hours on the telephone. In booking my blood test I stated as number 26. Why can no longer book it myself as I did once last year? The notice in the surgery states that you can now book appointments either though NHS website and on to patients.econsult.health, or on the practice website. The former would not let me through the system and the practice website address is not published.

Good afternoon, are you aware that you can request a call back via our phone system? By selecting a call back, the surgery will call you back, meaning you do not have to sit and wait whilst queuing. Please follow this link https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/ to access our website, Econsults can be accessed through this link, (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, you can access them via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app. I hope you find this information helpful and that it makes it easier for you to book an appointment.
