It was very easy to book a flu shot for our 5 year old. However, when we arrived for the appointment, the nurse told us that it couldn’t be done at the surgery and we had to phone another service. Our 7 year old however was able to receive the flu shot at the same time. There seems to be a training or communication improvement opportunity.
