Ringing at 8 to get an appt can be a frustrating affair!

When waiting for a call to be answered the technology is there to tell people where they are in the queue?

Hello, Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review with us. We appreciate it can be difficult at 8am to get through to the surgery, we are trying to adapt our systems/processes as best we can to clear the first rush of the day. We are still looking to expand our clinical teams to offer more appointments as well. The queueing system does now tell you which place you are in the queue as you move through it. We updated the system last year to include this feature after patient feedback.
