I received excellent attention from Nurse Harriet today. She managed to remove my stitches very carefully and not cause me to much pain.
She deemed it necessary for me to be seen by a Doctor and this happened asap.
Suggested improvements
I have emailed and had a response re the level of care awarded to me by a member of the Reception Team which could possibly have contributed to to an infection in my wound.
