I waited 25 mins after my appointment time.and was not seen for my appointment. I had an other appointment booked I was not able to wait any longer. I asked the receptionist if I could be sent another text link to re book and I was told the appointment booking didn't work like that (even though that was hoe I booked the appointment originally).

Suggested improvements
I understand that appointments run over but when your are the first / second appointment of the day it's not good that they are then late. Waste of time for me and the surgery as I'll now have to rebook another appointment.
