Lurghy turned into chest infection, called for appointment, seen same day by nurse practitioner, Laura. Gave me extensive check over, prescribed antibiotics, queued-up two further appointments for Asthma/COPD & ECG.
I was very pleased with my level of care & proactive treatment, thank you Team Billi Surgery!
