1 - 2 weeks wait for annual appointments for diabetes and asthma reviews. No problem. Prior to Covid had invite reminders. However, remembered to instigate review appointments.

Apologies given for short delay in appointment- no problem. Charlotte Elliott, diabetes review Nurse, made a return call, on same day, as promised and sent blood test results quickly. Many thanks!
