It is very difficult to get through on the phone, once through receptionist are very polite but all appointments gone, please phone tomorrow is the answer and on we go. I have now taken to queuing outside the surgery for 08:00 even that queue is getting longer, I was able to get an appointment using this method. Regarding Covid and flu jabs, excellent system especially online booking. We all know you are stretched and things are extremely difficult for GPs and their staff. Once an appointment is made the service you offer is exceptional.

I think more staff is needed, I guess that is difficult.
