I find it fairly easy to get an appointment on the app. However when I need to telephone for an appointment it takes a long time to get through.

It is a nightmare to get through early enough to get an appt. That will be a telephone appt, then the doctor decides if you need to be seen from there. Unless the system has changed in the last month, that was my experience. It was about the third day of trying to get an appt too.

The queuing for the Covid and flu jab ran like a well oiled machine. Very good, thank you to all involved.

Very difficult and only then after a long wait,by then all that appointments for that day are gone. A hopeless situation that needs rectifying.

Fewer surveys,spend the money on more hands on staff.

Terrible system to make appointments, on occasions, phone call at 08.00 and already position 30 in queue, then after waiting over 15 minutes, line is disconnected. Very bad system.

Adopt a better system of priority rather than position in phone queue to make an appointment.

For the covid jabs the service was good but when I needed to see a doctor 2 weeks ago with a simple urine infection for which antibiotics were needed asap I had to wait 3 hours at Crawley A & E.

It would be helpful if a nurse or doctor could be available to deal with minor symptoms that can present quickly.In my case after the two minute window to get an appointment at 8 o’ clock.All that was needed was a simple dipstick test and a prescription,it took 5 minutes with the doctor at Crawley.
