Just very difficult to get a Doctors advice. What I consider important does not appear to be important to reception. Have had to be insistent on receiving a call from a doctor.

The appointment was for a COVID vaccine and I went in to surgery to book as too difficult to get through on the phone

Lovely, friendly, informative, helpful staff.
