I was invited for a covid booster on 9/10/21 and found the whole experience very good. There were many volunteers who ensured that all patients understood every step.

The internet was used for the appointment after being contacted by the NHS for COVID BOOSTER

Car parking in formation when appointment was made, not after the visit.

One has to wait a long while before an operator speaks to you live.

Had a COVID booster jab but had to wait outside for 35 minutes. Everyone in the queue was elderly. Luckily the weather was warm and dry. The outside waiting needs to be looked at.

Quite a long wait for phone to be answered. Before Covid-19 and the practices joining the answer system at Patford House always told you how many were in front of you in the queue and this was most helpful, it now doesn’t happen. Would be good if this could be reinstated.

Get more staff to cope with the number of patients you now have. Went for my booster Covid today, very well organised.
