Booked for COVID-19 Booster Vaccination, all went as expected, explained fully on what after effects I may get. Good back up staff, excellent system and monitoring throughout....

We were happy with the service, I had got notification of my booster jab but my husband hadn't , I went to the surgery to ask if they could fit him in at the same time, they said yes of course they could, we were very happy with the result, especially as it was at Beversbrook surgery because we live opposite and could walk there.

As it happened it wasn't raining, if it was would there have been a gazebo erected ? Although we didn't have to wait very long so no problem.

I was dismayed with having to queue outside along with many others despite waiting time being stated for 10 mins.We were very thankful that it was a dry day as there was no shelter anywhere.

Don't bunch up the waiting time. When I left, there was NO queue. So please stagger the appointments for everyone. My appointment was for 12.30pm. In actual fact it turned out to be nearer 1pm.
