The care and support received from the Doctor and reception team was fantastic. very quick at getting me an appointment and answering my messages. it's much appreciated when In stressful situations.

this visit my phone call was answered quickly but in the past I have had to wait over 15mins

It's was very difficult and frustrating today trying to get an appointment. I rang today and was direct to use doctor link, although didn't really want to. When I did I was very surprised that it actually worked. I was contacted with an appointment within the time that I was told. Thank you.

Answer the phones in a timely manner without being kept waiting.

Had a chat today with a member of staff I was explained how to message my Dr direct also how to get a return phone call on Dr Link

What has happened? I have had a lovely trip to the surgery the staff were chatty friendly I didn't want to leave brightened my day
