Ask specifically for a female doctor and was willing to wait the four days to get the appointment.
Ended up with a male doctor who I'd never seen before and who didn't listen to my problem or take in what I was saying about the issue.
Doctor then spouted off about his theories on a different medical condition I suffer from.

Hello there, I am very sorry to hear that you were not able to secure an appointment with a female GP and would very much like to look into why this happened. With three female GPs and only one male GP working here, I would be very interested to look into what went wrong here. Waiting time as just awful. But the service of treatment. Over rides the waiting times

Saw Nurse Pip for a smear test. She was efficient and kind and explained every step of the procedure. Receptionists were helpful making appointments.

All staff at this surgery are very helpful. The surgery is a welcoming & calm environment. The quality of care provided is very good
