As a COPD sufferer I have to say, I have never had a problem speaking to staff or a doctor at this practice either face to face or over a telephone consultation. The practice notifies me when my check-ups are due, makes the appointment and texts me the details and asks me to call them if it's not convenient. Super Doctors, super nurses and super staff. Excellent.

Overall a good surgery but communication between the different doctors that I saw here was not good in my opinion. I was given different advise by each doctor and felt that it took too long for a diagnosis to be completed. I was given the more serious side of what could happen to me with my illness matter of factly while the doctor was sipping coffee! Needless to say this didn't help me. I had better information about my illness from the nurses and the pharmacy although one doctor was brilliant and answered all of my questions and worries in one visit and I am now being sorted out.

Every member of staff are always very polite and helpful. I've never had a problem getting an appt. Great reminder service.
