Routine blood tests for chronic condition management. Pip took the opportunity to check weight, BMI, blood pressure for all round check up. Thorough, helpful & really knowledgeable. I am so lucky to be registered at this excellent practice!

My experience has always been positve. Receptionists are always most helpful, the doctors most pleasant.What I really appreciate is the text that is sent when an earlier appointment becomes available. This can be most helpful, when the appointment booked is sometimes a lengthy time ahead. Realistically, the two days wait for a prescription to be made up at the local pharmacy, should be lengthened to at least 4 days. This of course relates to online requests. These days prescriptions are either delayed being sent over, or the pharmacy is being over- worked.

Appointment given within 50 minutes. No questioning by the receptionist as to what for. Seen on time. Given appropriate care. Very pleased.

Our first visit after moving to the area was a five star experience,easy parking,friendly staff,comfy and clean waiting room and probably one of the most welcoming and pleasing visits to doctors we've had over the years and we left feeling like "we had been properly taken care of".

All the staff at the practice really show a genuine caring approach to people. The receptionist staff are so polite and helpful. The GP's give really thorough examinations and great advice and support.
