As always I was treated with respect and the doctor was empathetic to my problem. The whole staff were very helpful when there was a problem in obtaining the medication prescribed.

I was able to have a minor op at the surgery instead of having to be referred to a hospital. It was a very positive experience and when I returned 5 days later to have the stitches removed the nurse had looked up my notes, knew I was booked in to have a flu jab later in the month and offered to do it there and then to save me returning. To sum up; excellent care, delivered intelligently and efficiently. The reception staff are friendly and efficient too. This is so different to my previous health centre. So well done Beversbrook!

I cannot fault the service that I received yesterday. All the staff were polite freindly & professional at all times during my visit.

ive just moved to area so had appointments after registering.only downside is that the 2 times ive been there my appts have run an hour and half twice.got another in nov.wonder if i have to then as well
